Found out they gave our room away before we arrived, and put us in a less desirable spot. Got to our room, and although it was a king non-smoking room, it wasn't what we had booked. Arrived late on our check-in date, as the package we booked had a late arrival. Booked a trip for the wife and I, 4 days at the Rio.
